We serve our local customers from our Alexandria VA furniture store, We also serve our out of state customers in all of the other states (USA only) via our online store.

ORDERING

1)- We accept Visa, Master card, Discover, and Checks.

3)- Orders can be made via our web-site, phone or fax. In all cases, the customer will receive a confirmation which will show the cost of items purchased and an estimated shipment date. For your convenience your account will not be charged until you confirm by email the final terms of shipping cost and delivery time.

SHIPPING TERMS

1)- We ship via Federal Express, UPS, and other carriers. We will use the most cost effective method available to us depending on the size, weight and destination of the merchandise. 2)- All shipping companies will charge us a fee for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the address given to us is incorrect, these additional charges will be applied to your invoice. Please review all of the information before finalizing your order. We also offer local delivery and assembly services by our company drivers for an extra charge to certain areas of the VA, MD, and DC Metropolitan area. Assembly must be prearranged with our company. 3)- The total shipping charges will be discussed and agreed with the customer before the order is finalized. In order to prevent any discrepancy, the customer is required to confirm total cost via e-mail or by fax. 4)- All trucking companies deliver “door to door”- items will not be carried up/ down to your apartment or inside your house. However, if you prefer for delivery to a specific point, an additional charge will be incurred, at the discretion of the trucking company. Please note that not all trucking companies provide this additional service.

All orders except floor model items could be picked up in the store, shipped out of state, or delivered locally to all counties within 35 miles from our Alexandria VA furniture store. Our discounted delivery charge will be based on the distance as well as the invoice’s size, please call us for any additional information. Floor model items are available for pick up or local delivery only.

RETURNS

Returns require a “Return Authorization Number”- returns without a “R.A.N” will not be accepted. All returns must be made within ten days of receiving the items and with the original packaging intact. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any returned item(s) which is not as a result of error on the seller's part. Custom order items including piped and inlay futon covers can not be returned. Round-trip shipping costs from our warehouse to the customer and back to the warehouse is the responsibility of the consumer. Finalizing your order means your agreement and full understanding of our policy terms.

Gala Futons and Furniture Inc. reserves the right to change or add terms to our policy whenever it is necessary.
